Oh wow.. almost a year out.. I'm still struggling to get all my fluids in and my protein as well. Eating soft solids has been an Adventure but I wouldn't change my decision for anything in this world.

Hi Lisa, I tried using stool softeners from Kirland brand from Costco. They did the job, I tried Miralax and it didn't work. Great job on your loss, I had RNY on 8/16 and everything is well. Take care and good luck in your Journey.
