Yes it is. I'm deathly allergic to celebrex. My surgeon tried to prescribe that. I asked him if he was crazy. Still don't understand she prescribe it. Celebrex is a Combo nsaid and sulla based drug

After deductible you then have your maximum out of pocket. My deductible was 1300 then another 3200 max oop. Total 4500. Bcbs

Look at gelato strain. Good for pain while allowing you to function. -
It's on my liquid stage. Pack instant with 8oz fairlife skim milk. Very runny lol. Been breakfast every day last 2 weeks. Tried oikos zero couple different flavors. To sweet I can only eat a couple spoons of it. I don't like plain /vanilla Greek yogurt. Loved fruit on bottom so if I can't eat that I don't want it. Same way with tea. Can't have my southern sweet tea so I don't drink tea.

@margocl. Mine was 8/16. My follow up isn't until next Tuesday! Seriously thinking of starting phase 2 this weekend. So sick of cream soups and cream of wheat!!!

Submitted on a Friday. Was told 2 weeks. Monday was approved

I did short term disability. My followup with surgeon is after labor day. Then I get to go on pureed diet. Figure 2 weeks after that at the one month follow up is when they'll release me for work. Going to be rough though as we have a major event scheduled end of September which I'll have to work in addition to regular schedule so I'm taking this time off to heal

OK that makes sense and thanks for explaining 😀. I have pcos so I def have to do low carb. I am one of the odd balls that actually gain weight doing weight watchers. Before surgery couldn't do more than 30g carbs at a meal. Post nutritionist has me at under 6 per meal.

My multi and iron are chewable. Started taking 2 months before surgery as well as extra vit d as it was low. Have cut back iron pills due to constipation. Absolutely could not stand the calcium ones. Ordered liquid Revival calcium from Amazon. 1oz smooth blueberry flavor and that's all the calcium for the day

I buy the variety pack protein powder drinks. My favorite are syntrax brand. Coworker who had bypass 10 yrs ago turned me onto crystal light peach tea, mix with syntrax lemon tea and about 20 Oz water. Yummy!!! Before surgery thought it was OK. Post? Don't know why but I love it!

Which one did you get? I had a tria didn't notice any difference and did it for about a year -
I thought it was the carbs you had to watch for?? So basically low carb low fat. My nutrition classes always stressed low carb. Now I'm confused

I only had the injections while in hospital. Nothing afterwards. Unless a history of blood clots??

I've only been on full liquids but have had the opposite problem. I did stop taking the iron supplements temporarily to see if I can get back to normal. Always had problems when taking iron even before bypass. Once regulated I'll see if I can take them maybe every other day. Crossing fingers that this stops for you soon!!

Think this might be mine as well. On preop 2 weeks got down to 254 then apparently pms bloating back to 262 on surgery day. Now week post-op pms over back to 254. Nothing lost in over a week. Averaging about 500-600 calories. Maybe need to add another dose of protein as I'm just getting my min of 60 in a day. Just not hungry -
It looks great! I have really fine thin hair due to pcos and genetics. Thinking about getting one before I go back to work. Where did you get yours?

I'm in IT' as well. I scheduled 4 weeks off. I want to be done with pain and getting into a normal eating routine before I go back. The walk from the parking lot would take me prob 10 min instead of the 5 it used to

Feeling pretty good. Some sore spots but overall good. Oh and fairlife is lactose free
