I was told no carbonated beverages for the rest of my life. I have friends who waited 3 months and one that waited for a year. I'm not going to try it for a long time, I'm just too scared. Yeah I've noticed that my face is thinner (yay) but my lower stomach is still swollen, so it seems a little misleading. I just saw one of my friends today, and the first thing she told me was, "I can tell you have lost weight, your face is thinner." Oh how I love a good compliment. I hope you're doing well.
