As a whole I feel pretty good too. I'm surprised at how easy of a process this has been so far. I know we have a lot more ahead of us, but we're alive and well! I don't have to go back to work until next Monday (every summer my the company that I work for has a two week shutdown, and I don't have to return to work until the 20th). Thank goodness for that. Since the surgery (8 days ago) I'm down 10 lbs, for a total of 23 lbs. I love it! I can't wait until I can eat some regular low carb food, yum.

P.S. I totally miss my large fountain diet cokes, but it will all be worth it!
