Yes, they sure do try to scare you with all the things that could potentially happen. But, I figure if I don't do something about my weight then those risks of surgery and possible risks from the band are far less if I just do nothing. As of yesterday, I have lost 5 almost 6 pounds. Then, my hubby took my scales again LOL He said I could weigh tomorrow. I just hope I lose at least 10 pounds by then. I am soooo excited to see your progress and to hear how things go with your surgery!! This is such an exciting time for us! ) Big, big hugs!!
