Wow!! 12 pounds!! That is FANTASTIC. My hubby let me weigh today LOL When I started on Saturday I was 256.8 and today, I was 253.0. So, almost 4 pounds. I hope to lose at least 10 more before surgery ,but don't know if I will make it. ) I am following this diet to the T too! I can't imagine wearing "normal" clothes either. I am going to bring my video camera to the hospital with me on surgery day. Wow, we are almost there!!! )
