    @ssuther very interesting about not posting when you're having a " bad" day. I've never thought of it but I do the exact same thing! I was checking in here this weekend but never posted because I was having bad days! I'm going to try and do the good bad and ugly with you!

    I really hate logging food. Last week I just really focused on dense protein first and my veggies. I just said no to snacks between meals and tried to listen to my stomach and not my head about hunger. I had a very successful week. I feel like if I let myself make one bad snack choice,,ie "just a handful of chips" it totally throws me off the wagon for the whole day...anybody else feel this way?

    Ok bacon I had a bad weekend too.....but let's not ruin what we have going. Today is Monday and God has blessed me with another day of life! I WILL be back on track today! My plan...B--Greek yogurt L--leftover beef stew 1 cup S-- turkey Jerky D--baked center cut pork chop and veggies Water water water And I am going to move today! Walk away the pounds. 2 mile Lets do this For all of you that stayed the course. Good job and thanks for the inspiration!

    @bacon. I asked my doc about not eating breakfast since I'm just not hungry then and she wanted me to drink a protein drink or at least half of one. I really haven't found one that i like so today I just added half of one to my coffee. Tasted pretty good!

    Today.... B..baby bel cheese& 1/2 of my Protein shake in my coffee L..leftover beef stew. 1 cup Sn..Greek yogurt and small handful of almonds D..salmon fillet, Brussels sprouts, roasted cauliflower Running away with the hubs for a night tomorrow ill try to be a good girl but I'm sure I will treat myself some! Hope y'all are having an amazing day! **next week I am going to really try to add some exercise! I have sucked at that this week!

    Over fill?

    Donna it sounds like you are too tight. I got a fill on Monday and had to go back in on tues because I was having trouble eating and drinking and reflux at night.. Call your doc and see what they think. Best wishes!

    I'm one that weighs every morning... ( I know that's not recommended-but....) I just decided that I wouldn't let it discourage me. I just don't want to wait too long and think I've been doing good and step on the scale with a big gain... It helps me stay focused. I only record my weight every Friday though. No right or wrong...just gotta do what works best for you

    Had a wonderful nights sleep with no reflux! The unfill did the trick! @justwatchme...I've been trying to do some Zumba at home but I get so tickled at myself..glad I can't see myself in a mirror! Bacon..good job on the elliptical already this morning! My plan today B..Greek yogurt L..smart one. Chicken something...it's new looks yum S..almonds D..leftover beef stew Moving..plan to walk the neighborhood after school Let's do this!

    Had an unfill. Yesterday she put in .5 and today she removed .4. She was going for .3 but took out a little much. As bad as I felt last night I told her I was fine with that! I already feel so much better!! Did not get exercise in so hopefully I will be back at it tomorrow!

    Have you gone back to your rules of the band? Protein first and aiming for 60-80 grams? What types of foods are you eating? I find that it helps me when I get a calendar and plan out what I'm going to eat for the week. Get back with your doc and see what he has to say. I'm so sorry I know this can be frustrating.

    Went and got a slight fill this afternoon so I hope it gives me the restriction I'm looking for. So liquids for 24 hours! Making some broccoli cheese soup and have my shakes ready! ???? I was a little embarrassed because she asked if a student pa could come in and observe....don't like people seeing my belly but, hey they gotta learn! Hope everyone's having a great day!

    I hope it never goes away

    I think what is crazy is I didn't realize how much my weight was affecting everyday little things! Tying shoes crossing legs, sitting in a booth, airplane, seatbelts...I could go on and on!! Love my band!
  20. I think most people that eat around the band are simply choosing the wrong foods and are grazing between meals. This finger is being pointed at myself as well. For those that will grub on some Cheetos or cookies or graze between meals ..I think deal with mental hunger more than true physical hunger. That is why it is so important to make sure your band is properly adjusted, and you stay active in a support group or on boards like this! I know I stay on track more when I'm on the boards!

    Great day today! On track with my eating, water, and I shopped for about 4 hours this morning! Found a great snack at target y'all might want to try...jack links turkey jerky. It was a box of individual pkgs. that are 70 cals with 12 grams of protein. And they are yummy.. Tomorrow im going to try something new..im going to do some food prep and get meals ready for the week. i think if i stay organized ill stay on track better.. of course im getting a fill monday so i will have a day or two of liquids. Hope everyone has a happy valentines day!

Yes I play the Tuba and love butterflies that's how I picked my name ???????? no, it sounds like something I would think when reading that! @nailpro I'm impressed with that self control! Way to go! @suther I'm glad you got your barium swallow scheduled. At least you and your doc will be in the know about your band. And bravo to you on a successful day! Me?? I was lured into temptation by Mac and cheese today at lunch ???? I didn't have a ton and I haven't let myself eat anything else today. Just waiting for my lean hamburger patty to come off the grill. But on a good note I did drink my water and did a little uncoordinated Zumba when I got home. Have a great evening of success everyone!
