    Well it looks like everyone had a pretty good weekend...I did too. My food choices were good! I did partake in a few glasses of wine but my hubby works soooo much that I enjoyed sitting and back porch relaxin! I did not exercise this weekend but I'm ok with that. My gym isn't open and I just stayed busy around the house. This is my 3 rd day with the hidden scale. Hasn't been too bad but I sure wanted to weigh this morning! @@bacon I accept your 6 mile challenge! I will look into the 5 k thing but for now I will commit to the 6 miles! Today B-- sausage patty and boiled egg L-- leftover chili S--babybel cheese & almonds D-- green chile chicken casserole (new ill let you know) Have a great day!

    Yesterday was a good day! Stayed on my food plan, got my water in, and went to the gym for the 3 rd day this week! I aimed for 9000 steps on my fit bit yesterday and I was 300 short right before bedtime so who was marching around the house?? This girl! ???? the hubs thought I was crazy! Lol! But I got em! I made my hubby hide the scale so I'm having a little withdrawal this morning....my plan is to weigh on Fridays. The weekend is here..prob the time most of us struggle ( I know I do) so here is my plan today... B--1/2protein Shake in my coffee &agreed yogurt L-- out shopping today so nuggets from chick fillet S-- Starbucks treat D-- blackened salmon and a grilled veggie It'll be harder today ( my gym is closed on the weekends) but I'm still aiming for 9000 steps today Can't wait to hear from all of you!

    Good morning! Here is my plan today... B-- 1/2 protein shake in my coffee &greek yogurt l-- leftover chili D--grilled chicken thighs with roasted asparagus I'm upping my step goal today to 9000.... Lost 1 of the 2 pounds that I had gained yesterday and I think I'm going to tell my hubby to hide the scale until next Friday ????. I'm going to TRY to just weigh once a week! Let's do this!

    Feeling down..

    @@ChristineZ 65 pounds is something to be proud of!!! I too think it would be a good idea to start the stages over for a bit. Are you logging your food and exercise?? Are you planning your meals? I know when I hit a slump I'm not doing any of that. You can do this! Take time this evening to plan out your food for tomorrow and see how that goes! Best wishes! Keep us posted!

    Ok. I sucked it up and went to my gym today. So that's day 2 this week. Did the treadmill and elliptical????. 8047 steps on my fit bit today. I hope to keep increasing that number. Ran into a friend that has had the sleeve done. So we swapped stories for a bit! Eating has been on plan. And water good. Weighed this am and I'm up 2 pounds in 1 day! What the heck! I know it's prob water so I will carry on! I really wish I could put the scale away like some of you but I just can't!!!! ????

    Sounds like everyone's working it today!! @@ParaGirl I am an exercise struggler! I'll admit it...can't stand it! I hear people say how they are addicted to it or can't wait to go to the gym and I envy them! But I am trying to make the conscious effort to incorporate some type of movement into my week!! Today's plan B--premier shake in my coffee & a Greek yogurt L-- leftover chili S-- almonds D-- baked center pork chop and roasted asparagus Toodles!

    @@bacon I'm sorry you had a rough one yesterday I agree with enjoythetime...put that scale away! I just wanted you to know after I walked in the treadmill, I did 8 minutes on the ekill yesterday because of you! I know it's a short time on it but I did it because you are always talking about it. So yesterday you were my inspiration. @@enjoythetime that is such an accomplishment to just stop with the treat cycle! Just goes to show your daddy is still helping guide you! @justwatchme. I'm sorry you are having those struggles with your mom. I'm glad you are able to recognize the problem and remove yourself before it triggers things for you! Also congrats on a longer time with your shots! That's a positive!@ssuther your plan sounds good and now I want to make a meatloaf. Actually I want my hubby to his is better than mine. I didn't get to put my white chicken chili in the crock because it was full of leftovers in the fridge. But when I do it I'll let you know how it was ❤️my support group here!!

    Pb. Is a productive burp. ????. When you burp and food comes up. Sliming refers to thick saliva (slime) that your body will produce to get food that is stuck in your stoma to pass through. Lovely right??????

    I had my lapband in May of 2008....I've lost 112 pounds and have never regretted it for one single second. I'm sure you will find horror stories about any of the surgeries. You just have to decide which one would fit your life the best. Best wishes to you!

    Stuck with the plan today! Still have some water to get in but that won't be a problem. I was shooting for 7000 steps on my fit bit today and I had 8,390. So ???????? hope everyone had a great day. Tomorrows plan.. B-- Greek yogurt & half of my protein shake L-- frozen dinner S-- turkey jerky D--I'm making white chicken chili. Never had it but it looked good on Pinterest.

    New day today! My plan... B--(masons are cooking for teachers) so one small pancake and breakfast sausage L-- beef tip smart one frozen dinner S--Greek yogurt D--baked tilapia roasted cauliflower Water water water! I'm using my new Fitbit today and I'm aiming for 7,000 steps today Good day to everyone!

    Sounds like you are too tight to me. Reflux is one of my signs that I'm too tight. And you definitely be able to eat solid foods.

    I know when I've gone to the gym the elliptical will get my heart rate and breathing going in half the time a treadmill does

    @enjotthetime I find when I let myself get too hungry my band is sometimes tighter and I can get stuck much easier.... @punkinvine...wow what a day for you. I am thankful all went well. Great job staying on track during all of that! @wesleysgurl. First of all have you been to your doctor lately? How is your restriction? I had gained 40. Lbs from my lowest and since recommitting (and having a leak in my band fixed) I have lost 10 of those. Step back and look at,,are you really hungry, and what do you eat when you are. I am one that can't keep my trigger foods in my house. I have decided I eat when I'm bored. Plan plan plan. I post my plan every morning and try to stick with it? Stay active on here for encouragement! @bacon. You are rockin it.....I think I would like an elliptical or treadmill..I wonder if I would be good and use it?? Got a fit bit zip to track my steps so we will see how that goes @ssuther..you are doing awesome too. I saw you've been doing some water flushing and wondered if it was affecting your reflux?

    Stayed on track with my food yesterday but no exercise to speak of ( always my downfall). We have a school delay and possible cancellation so I need a plan! B--cottage cheese & peaches L-- luncheon at school ???? but someone is bring shredded buffalo chicken so I'll try that will try to stay away from the Desserts S-- almonds & babybel cheese D-- tilapia & veggies Have a great day!!

    Had a good day until dinner...we went out and I ordered a child's chicken fried steak...I ate it but left almost all of the fries... I will be fine because we really don't eat out too much..so for tomorrow.... B--cottage cheese with diced peaches L-- 1 cup chili S--almonds D--grilled chicken thighs and roasted veggies Hope everyone had a great day!

    I don't understand why people feel they are the expert and can sit and judge someone for a choice they are making. I don't even like to hear people put down one wls over another. It's all about personal choice and what an individual needs to be successful!!! Best wishes and good luck with your decision. You did not take the easy way out. Those thoughts just come from uninformed people!

    Not too bad yesterday..snow day so no school! Started with an exercise DVD. Did ok on food..one handful of chips and salsa ???? but good choices other than that. I ordered a fit bit zip yesterday for me and the hubs..if any of you track steps..what do you aim for? Glad to see everyone posting. @ssuther..let us know how your barium goes. Praying all is well Today's plan B--Greek yogurt L-- frozen dinner S--turkey jerky D--chili There will be a dessert because I'm having bunko at my house..I don't know what she's bringing but I will have a small amount.
