Made it to Zumba again last night....even knowing that all my peeps weren't going to be there...already feeling it today [emoji51]. Sounds like a great idea. We are leaving tomorrow for a trip with very little reception so i will check in and get started with prepping and pics when I get back. My prob with the gym is I go to Zumba and then I'm so sore for days that I don't go back for a while. . @@s_suther the important thing is we always come back! I know if we do that we will never be as out of control as we were before band! Best wishes on your plan. You've done before so I know you can do it! I did liquids yesterday but I think my plan will consist of meal planning and portion control. Since I keep my band on the loose side I can eat way more than I should so I want to really focus on being satisfied vs full. I go back to school tomorrow for 8 lovely days of inservice. The kids will start the 22. Let's stay in touch! We can do this! How is everyone else doing!

Hello all! Sorry I've been absent for so long. I'm terrible in the summer. We've moved and are still trying to feel like home. I only moved about a half mile from my house so you can tell I don't do change well. My eating has been crazy this summer. I start back to school (teacher) on Wednesday so hopefully I can get some routine in my life. I am posting my weight for accountability this morning was 202.4! I hate starting with a 2 again but completely totally my fault. Making my grocery list now for meal planning so here I go! So glad to see some still here and see some new ones too!! Hello all! I have been a bit more on track. I am most proud of not mindlessly snacking this weekend. But on the best note of all....we found our new home! We Both knew the moment we looked at it. It's been amazing to see gods hand in all of this! How are the rest of you?

Well I opened this can back up and then I just fell off the face of the earth! So sorry guys! My life is a bit of a whirlwind. Put our house on the market and never dreamed it would sell in 2 days! So now we are looking hard for our new home. Just when we thought we found it and about to make an offer My friend messages me that they are selling theirs. They are out of town so we go look at the inside tomorrow. We looked outside and are in love so hopefully we will feel the same about the inside! Now my confession....my eating has been as crazy as my life...with that being said, I'm sitting down today to plan out my meals for the week. Any suggestions for some sweet snacks. I will have something sweet every evening so I need to plan so it won't be a horrible choice.. Love to see everyone posting again! I promise to be more active on here! Helps me so much when I am! Hooray. So glad to see some activity back on the board! I thing the important thing is is that we might stray...but we always come back looking for help and support. @punkinvine. So good to see you on! I'm glad things are calming down for you! @rockinrobin59. How are you doing with 800 calories? I know sometimes if I go too low in calories my body won't let me lose. Sometimes I try to make a big batch of chicken salad or something and portion it out for my weekly lunches. @s_suther. We are house shopping and I now know how crazy all of that is. I've started a 60 min Zumba class 2 times a week. My body is pretty fatigued after and so are my muscles. I've read protein after a work out. But how much? Thanks!

Unfortunately no wls will work if you can't stick to a consistent eating plan. There is no magic surgery. Before putting your body through major surgery again really evaluate yourself. Have you followed your band rules? Have you visited your doc and discussed your diet, fill level etc? Wishing you the best on whatever journey you decide!

Hello all! I made a yummy last night and thought I'd share I cut up 2 chicken breasts seasoned with onion and garlic salt and cooked in the crock on low for about 3 hours. Then I added 3/4 block of cream cheese. A jar of artichoke hearts, and 1/2 bag of chopped spinach with the juice squeezed out And 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan. Let all of that cook for another hour mix well and top with shredded mozzarella. Cook until melted. It was yummy and the hubs gave a thumbs up too. Hope you are having a great weekend!

So glad to see some activity on here!! Welcome @@Smokey 220!! Good to see you back @enjoythetime. I think it's great you are getting in control again! If they only made a band for my head hunger..... I've had a pretty good week of staying in control. But the weekend is here and the hubs is working nights which means home alone in the evenings which is a struggle time for me. But I'm going to do it! I know I'll snack so I stocked up on healthy snacks. Glad you are all doing well!

@@s_suther sounds like you have a plan in action!! Good job! I weighed in this morning at 199.6 eek! Before tgiving I was at 192. I do not want to see my weight start with a 2 again. My plan today B. Protein bar L. Chili NO crackers S. A deviled egg D. Chilled chicken and veggies S. Greek yogurt I plan to walk either this afternoon or evening. Might invite the hubs like you did and we can do it together Let's go!

Ok peeps....where are you???? I need you!!! I admit I haven't been on here in a long time....the holidays were a food disaster which I expected. I've gained 4 pounds. Ready to get back on track. Today's menu B- Protein bar L-chicken salad 4 ritz crackers S- grilled steak roasted broccoli Lots of Water and try not to snack!
