    this sounds good. it sounds like alot of stuff yet it really isn't. did the biscotti hurt you any.
  7. i own a family clothing store. meaning clothes, shoes personal items for men, women, kids and babies. did you check craigslist or game stop.

    looking good there. i wish i had someone to cook for me. well what if you just take a corner of a testing. or maybe get a baby spoon and taste it.
  9. i hear that some times we will be able to eat more than others days. that is how i was the other day i when i ate the whole hot dog. then the next day want able to hardly eat. i guess as we loose weight we are able to eat more. im eating a little more but, not drinking as much. also as you start working out you will be able to eat more. i noticed that part when i started going to the gym b4 getting band. so dont worry it will all balance out. did you check at the game stores or walmarts. maybe even the craigslist

    How did you "move" today?

    hi erica this is a very good ideal. i was waiting to see if anyone was going to start one. glad you did. i just started back at the gym its been a week. but, today i did the south beach workout tape. was only able to do it for 12mins before i felt like i was dieing. but, im gonna master it. then i went to my store and bent and moved stuff around. will come and post what i did at the gym tomorrow. ok erica can you glitter my name like you did yours and i will copy it from off your post then you can delete it. that is hot.

    What did you eat today!!

    welcome goosefraba thanks for joining. i think this is going to really help us get to our goal. i know the feeling about not getting enough in. how many calories are we to try and eat. but, what you did eat looks good. what is kalamata tapenate? so this was my meal for today b-Protein shake s-balance bar l-2.5ozs fried eggs w/veggies s-16oz crystal lite d-3oz grilled chix, 2spoons of mashed potatoes s-might have a Jello or a tea. and i dont eat after 930pm. but, im so full dont think i will do the snack. i have to pick up my Water intake. but, if i drink i cant eat for hours. but, im gonna have to pick that up.
  12. hi rose and laurel how are ya doing? im doing good trying to move my store to a bigger location but, its some work. other than that im trying to stay busy. i want to get the fit wii i got my kids one for christmas not the fit part. i think im gone get that part when i loose a little more weight. i must say i went back to my store to fast. i wish i could have just rested. but, things are getting better and im eating alittle more some times. ok ladies i started my weightloss challenge and my food post on here i hope to see ya join on there. good luck at work laurel

  14. HI DOXIE AND REDMOM IM GLAD TO HEAR THAT. NEWS FLASH I JUST MADE A food POST ITS CALLED WHAT DID YOU EAT TODAY. I HOPE EVERYONE POSTS THERE TO. WE HAVE ALOT OF MEMBERS ON THE WEITHTLOSS CHALLENGE THIS IS VERY GOOD. DONT FORGET TO COME BACK AND LET US KNOW WHAT YOUR NEW WEIGHT IS OR YOU CAN POST IT WKLY IF YOU LIKE AS THAT IS HOW THE SPREED IS SET UP.

  17. and thank you for making the spreed sheet. the 3 of us make a good team. i did a few updates today and i was tired by the time i add one person two more had joined so yes a huge thank you to pete. was thinking maybe we should have a spreedsheet for what we eat today also. what does everyone think. i personally think it would be a great ideal as maybe this can keep us on track. plus it will help others that might be struggling on what they should eat or some thing. so let me know who would be interested in posting on that also. i know there is one in the food part of this forum but, this one would be here under the december banders. what does everyone think.:tt2:

  19. hey stranger long time no post glad to hear you finally had your appointment your almost there.:tt2: we being i just got dont doing south beach i will tell you what i eat. being i to am not a breakfast person i always did some thing lite. a shake or thin deli meat 1slice rolled up with fat free cheese or an egg strambled with cheese and a slice of canadian bacon. or a slimfast. or yogurt mixed with peanut butter. these are the things i did on mine and it worked for me. let me know how it goes.

  23. hi rose yes i do have fluid in mine he put 1.5cc's in it he said he usally puts 3-4 in. this was the first time that i was able to really eat and like i said it scared the hell out of me. it was just a poor food choice. going back to mushy as that really scared me a hot dog 2wks out. and the funny thing is i dont know why i chose a hot dog to eat out of all the things i could have eaten. i think becuz it was there.

  25. hi rose what you still doing up, i was to full from the other half of the hot dog so i had a coffee now i feel really stuffed wont be doing that again. and the h-dog was mashed up. i was rather suprised that i could eat it at all. but, it was a poor food choice for sure.
