Sorry it's taken so long to answer.(computer problems). I went to the doctor last week nad he felt that I didn't need a fill. He said my weight lose is slowing down because I'm getting close to goal(148) Therefore, I need to be strict with carb intake.I didn't want to hear that! I eat about a cup @ a meal and sometimes have a snack(I know forbidden!) I still have my Carb Smart ice cream bars every night. I feel like I'm crawling to the finish line. BUT! WE CAN GET THROUGH THIS ...RIGHT??
