    Hi all! Cambridge MA here! Has anyone ever had HCHP (Harv. Pilgrim Ins) approve their Lap Band? If so, who was your surgeon? I am much impressed with the work I see at Brigham & Women's here in Boston and want to look into that. I plan to give them a call.
