I had not had my first fill yet am scheduled on Tuesday suddenly last Thursday I went from very little rescriction to tight restriction now things get stuck even water. They do go down eventually but it is painful. It has gotten a little better but am still way more restricted than I was. Does this mean my band has slipped???? Will they be abel to tell:confused: when I go in?

Help I have pain I was banded on 01/01/2006 and have been doing great loseing weight almost 30 lbs and have been able eat most anything just not much of it. Suddenly out of the blue I have developed pain on my left side about at my belly button level. It feels like a pull and it is sore. This is the first pain I have had. I think it is to low for port pain??? I have noticed that food seems to get stuck now where it did not before. Anyone else hsd this. The pain gets better with Advil but does not go away. Has anyone else had something like this. I did pick up my grandson a couple of times he weighs 28 lbs but I should not have to worry about that right? I hear a lot of talk about slippage could this have happened???? How do you know? I am going to the Doc on tuesday.

I had my first band for 10 days (July 6 thru 16th) and had gall bladder failure and by the time they figured it out I had so much infection that they had to take my band off when they took my gall bladder out. This time around Feb 1 things have gone smooth so good in fact that I am getting hungry and can't wait for my first fill on March 15th

Hello Everyone, This is my first post I am being banded for the second time on 02/01 first time my gall bladder had a big problem with my band. I am very nervous just wondering if any one else had had their ban removed. Glad to find this site and some support.
