Celebrate does have a $10 sample pack that they ship for free. It comes with a $10 coupon. The sample pack has TONS of options to try. That's where I found the Essential Multi 2 in 1. I figure I don't want to have to manage too manage supplements and pills. Now I just have one bottle to deal with and remember. My doctor hasn't ordered Iron for me at this point, so I haven't purchased.

It's only Calcium and Iron that cancel each other out. Some multis have iron and/or calcium. You have to read labels. I'd always stick with a bariatric-specific Vitamin. Our needs are different. The Celebrate has everything except the iron because they know they can't put it with the calcium. They sell iron separately. However iron can be found much more easily in local stores.

Try... Celebrate Essential Multi 2 in 1. Mango flavor tastes good. It is a Vitamin specific for Gastric Bypass, 4 chewables per day. Expensive but doesn't taste bad at all. Has the Multivitamin, Vitamin D and calcium citrate in one product. I like that they sell things in "day supply" format too.
