yeah mine was very picky i had to have 6 months of nicotine free lucky i had been quit for about a year already...I love pop as we call it in eastern Kentucky lol....but i have mostly put it down.... -

yes i was required by insurance to loose 9 pound prior to surgery so i lost bout 32 the first 2 months that way i could relax more on my final month i feel i am fully prepared to say good bye to the food that will no longer be accepted in my body -

i have been having a few food funerals the last few days gonna get back on my 1600 cal diet till next friday and have 2 more days of food funerals before i start my 2 week all liquid diet next monday the 22nd -

shes doing good hitting her target oz of 64 and protein of about 90 shes a hair dresser so she had it on Monday and went back to work on Saturday and is doing pretty good with it all...yeah due to having a 2 year old we had to space it out so we could take care of the little one -

I recently bought the syntrax sweets vanilla bean tort and it is really good with some skim milk i sometimes add a little sf salted caramel syrup or some PB2 and its a really good shake and a little something sweet for the sweet tooth -

my wife just had it on the 24th of September so i kinda already know whats coming mine is 2 week straight liquid diet last 2 days r clear liquids the night before i have to drink 32 oz of regular Gatorade and the morning of i have to drink 32 more oz -
