Hi, I started walking the day after my surgery. I started at 2 ounces of protein, then now I'm eating about 3-4 ounces of protein and some vegies. Drinking lots of liquids, mostly crystal light, propel or fruit2o, I don't like plain water. I try to exercise at least 30-45 minutes a day, 6 days a week. Its a journey, don't worry about making your goal now, I have good days and bad days too. Just have to take one day at a time.
