I don't know half of what you just asked me. All I know is I'm getting 100 oz water a day and eating 800 calories a day per my nutritionist and my protien is 60 to 80 per day. Also I don't have money for a gym so i and I have bone issues so I'm only allowed to walk right now which I do everyday and it's usually 2 to 3 miles per day All the other stuff you asked I don't know what that is
