I’m on the soft protein stage and was told no fruits or vegetables. Are avocados ok to have for our stomachs?

I can. Not sure how long it takes. Maybe 45-60 mins if I consistently sip

I’ve been having s really tough time drinking my prescribed medications. Zantac etc. does anyone have any tricks to making them not taste like anything? I have a pill crusher and put them in my premier protein chocolate right now but only put a tiny about of shake in so I can take the pills in maybe ten sips. Any help would be so appreciated :)

I had gastric bypass surgery on 8/10 and am the maid of honor in a wedding in mid October. How many dress sizes would you say to go down so my dress isn’t crazy large?! I’ve lost 13 pounds is less than a week too.
