I take ProCare Health bariatric multivitamins with iron. It contains everything recommended by ASMBS except calcium. So i supplement with Celebrate calcium citrate chews. -

I applied benadryl cream on my inscisions. It helped with itching. -

@Mikeyy your results tell me about presence of metabolic syndrome: high blood sugar (you're type 2 diabetic?), low HDL (good cholesterol), high triglycerides, I assume your BP is high too? Elevated GGT indicates cardiovascular disease. Elevated vit.D3 (toxic above 100) tells me you take high doses of vit. D supplements. Your thyroid is overactive due to diabetes and obesity. Your RNY will take care of all these issues. -

I'm 8 months out, life goes on as usual except i am happier, more active, with more energy. My self esteem improved, I'll wearing nice clothes. No dumping, GERD if vomiting. I can eat any food but i choose not to eat rice, bread and other unhealthy carbs. -
I drink Fairlife fat free milk because of high protein content (13g in 1 cup). Calcium is obtained from calcium citrate supplements after WLS.
