My insurance wouldn't pay for sleep lab test. So I had a home sleep study and paid $100 copay. I was reluctant to do sleep study thinking it's unnecessary. Guess what...I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. -
I did not have any pain at all after being sleeved. Just discomfort. Walking helped a lot with that. In one week I was ok.

I hard boil my egg, smash it with fork, season it, add light mayo and eat it like an egg salad. Yummy!

I was told to take Pepsid Complete for 6 weeks, then stop it and start Calcium citrate plus vit. D after 6 weeks post op.

I paid $100 copay for hospital and $200 for surgeon. Insurance paid for anesthesiologist, assistant surgeon etc.

I like the metaphoric saying "Never wrestle with a pig. You just get dirty and the pig enjoys it". IMHO ppl who want education would research the topic. Foolish ppl who make such blank statements abt dieting and exercising are usually "know it all" and do it for attention. Never argue with a fool. Onlookers might not be able to see the difference. -
