Sounds like a symptom of orthostatic hypotension which can be due to dehydration.

Actually OIKOS 3x zero greek strawberry yogurt has 6g sugar, 15g carbs, 15g protein. Vanilla has 7g sugar/15g carbs/15g protein.

You can improve its taste by adding chopped strawberries/blueberries/nuts or SF syrup of your choice.

He did a lot of mental surgery for bariatric patients and his methods are considered to be two sided. There is a lot on info about him on internet. He's into pushing MLM products in order to survive

I had no complications. I'm 62yo. Stayed in hospital less than 24hrs, no pain, just discomfort. Recovered very fast after surgery. Noobs and butt are gone. Hair is still there. But I'm full of energy, feel happy and health problems are gone.
