I can't say enough good things about my surgical experience with Baptist Bariatrics in Louisville. The process was simple, supportive, and my surgeon, John Oldham, is awesome. My recovery was extremely well managed and I felt so good that I even refused IV pain meds while in the hospital. He is extremely proactive in making sure that his patients are exposed to as little risk as possible. My labs have been great, and I haven't thrown up once. At almost two months post-op, I am already able to fulfill all my nutritional needs without protein supplements. My weight loss has been slow, but I think that's probably good. My energy levels are comparable to pre-op. Highly recommend!
