On the plus side of things just met with my surgeon and we went overstuff for pre OP no 2 week pre OP diet very excited about that and now I have to wait 10 days before I get a date for surgery. Apparently my surgeon is so backed up and busy he is booking out till December and Jan.[emoji17]but on the plus side thing I am just eatting healthier and learning to portion everything I eat.
