Had my final meeting with the surgeon. Surgery scheduled for November 19. Waiting on final approval from insurance. This is getting real, but I'm ready for this next phase in my life.

Had EGD today and a hiatal hernia was discovered which will be fixed at the time of surgery. I have a tentative date of November 19. My information is being submitted to insurance on October 29, my first day of bariatric eligibility. -

I'm planning for Nov. My bariatric insurance benefits become effective in October. I have met with nutritionist, had fitness and psych evaluations, informational class and scheduled for EGD on Aug 1. -
I'm in the Keller area. Hoping for sleeve in October.

Hello. New to the group. I've done all pre op testing, except for the EGD which is scheduled for August 1st. My bariatric surgery benefits become active on October 29, and the plan is to submit on that day. Looking forward to a November 2018 surgery date.
