I made the baked ricotta (well, cottage cheese) last night and it was so good! Felt like I was actually eating something! And the recipe I had made about 6 servings.
I’ve been flavoring my water with cucumber slices, lemon, lime, it helps me a ton to get the 64 ounces in. I also count soups and protein shakes toward my fluid intake. I’m 6 days postop.
I was sleeved on 7/30, started full liquids yesterday, and am still needing naps in the afternoon. Interested in the discussion of return of energy. Hi everyone!
