Not much to tell. In all honesty, I gained a lot of weight in 5 years, mostly because of my excessive drinking habits. I went from 155 lbs in 2013 to 271 (HW) around July of 2018. The only thing I can trace along those times was my steady diet of beer and beer munchies.
2018-I spent the last few years hating myself, hating the way I looked, hating the way I drank and started to spiral. Working out hurt, I wasn't sleeping, had aches and pains, and felt like our sex life plummetted.
I'm hoping to lose the weight and start to feel like myself again. I want to be healthy and to really treat my body like a temple, not a dumpster.
