Hi everbody, I just love reading this thread and seeing what everyones eating. I'm going to start posting what i eat everyday to keep me accountable. Yesterday b- low carb slimfast l- 1/4c applesauce & Cream of potatoe soup d- 1/2 beef taco & refried beans -
Hello everyone i'm 12 weeks out and started having this pain a few days ago. It's just a slight mild pain not bad enough to take meds.

I also had my period the day of my surgery no big deal. I wore a over nite pad. The med's took care of my cramps and it was very lite i think due to the blood thinners they gave me. -
I'm 2 weeks post-op and i have a rash spreading all over my body. Has this happen to anyboby else?

Hi to all the may bandersters..I was banded 5/9 also i'm feeling real good haven't taken any pain med i have vary little gas. But i'm having a hard time get in all the liquid & protien. -
