Yes I have gotten a job where I am more sedentary and not running around as much. No I am not getting in 10,000 steps per day. I just started back at the gym so at least I started somewhere. I guess I just feel I lost it all I’ve gained so much and I am so disappointed in myself. I do want to get back on track and really get back to living my best life
Thank you for all the advice! I really need to focus on a meal plan. More protein and veggies. I do really well with drinking water but that’s not enough to make a difference.
