My surgery is today also and deal with depression and anxiety. They took me off my meds and I have been crying at everything even watching Cake Wars lol. -

I miss my protein shakes they kept me full.....this liquid diet is for the birds -
lol I just had red crystal light and red jello for breakfast....I believe you are right about the colonoscopy....O still have the mag cit to drink that i am dreading.

I have one week of protein shakes and one day of liquid diet before surgery I think the protein is helping me but I am freezing!!
