    I had a EUREKA (or DUH) moment and realized I don't have to eat 1200 calories EVERY day, but as an average for the week. So! This week I ate up to 1400 calories on my 2 heavy workout days (adding a protein bar and some extra veggies and allowing myself a little cheese) and 900-1100 on the other 5 days of the week. Lo and behold three pounds melted off this week. I'm so excited because I was ravenous on my workout days and just 200 extra calories have made all the difference. Yay!

    I've got a nasty cold and I am lacking in any motivation to eat what I should or exercise. I just want to eat TOAST and drink HOT CHOCOLATE dammit! I am forcing myself to sip some water right now while I sulk.
