    Hi everyone! I just joined and I'm wondering if any of you have trouble eating slowly? I'm having a really hard time knowing how long to take between bites. I'm chewing my food well, but I always finish quickly. How do you pace yourself?

    Thank you for replying. I'm 3 weeks out and have just started with soft foods. I guess pacing myself will just take time.
