I think because I started out so heavy (336) it made it easier to lose the more I moved. I try to keep myself occupied too, if I get bored I start the grazing. The important thing is that I keep in mind that if I slip up its ok. Everyone is going to slip up and I don't get too har on myself. I do my best to avoid potatos and bread, a hard thing to do here in the south, where we fry everything in bacon grease. I eat a lot of of those 3 oz cans of albacore tuna. I work out every day, either walk, tae bo, or run up and down the halls at work like a crazed woman but that's always work related for the crazed running. Some days I have restriction and know when to start, some days I have to measure the food out or I will try to eat more than I should. On the days I feel I like I am eating more than I should, I go for low calorie foods, I count the calories that day.
