    My only issue after almost a month out is if I forget to take nexium past a couple days....ugh! I take my vitamins daily but forget this one thing. Now I have one at home and one in my purse.

    Sure can! I mastered it pre surgery....that and my instant pot save me alot of time and no extra fat involved:)

    I'm sure I could share some when I get home...I made a great chicken salad...and another dish with beans and ground turkey. I'm also going to share the name of this cookbook I was given by my insurance...GREAT recipies for all stages... Isn't it great?? Now I can plug my air fryer back in and eat....so nice to just chew, chew, chew chicken instead of puree!!!

    my surgery was 6/6....outside low iron I have felt great...picked my workouts back up two weeks later after my dr approved...and now...ready to jump in a pool...I cannot wait.
