how is everyone doing? I finally broke my stall. lost 5 pounds since 10/2 sucks since Its a little bit, BUT anything is better than nothing and I'm right on track with my weight loss. by December I should be down to 175 and I'm currently 180 I can lose these 5 pounds in the upcoming week after shark week is gone (ladies you will know what I mean).

Doctor told me to stop them at 3 months BUT I’m going to try them again I’ve heard a lot of people say the same thing that their hunger changed while on them and off them.

HEY GUYS! SLEEVED 6/12 LOST 45LBS AND HAVENT LOST ANYTHING ELSE SINCE. I DO NOTICE MY CLOTHES FIT SO MUCH BETTER WENT FROM A SIZE 20 TO WEARING A SIZE 14 WHICH IS STARTING TO FIT LOOSE SO I GUESS I DONT MIND THE SCALE NOT MOVING. BUT IF YOU GUYS HAVE ANY ADVISE ON HOW TO GET OUT OF A STALL PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I HAVE TRIED FASTING, IM ON KETO LOST 2 POUNDS BUT AT A STALL AGAIN. I FEEL LIKE I CAN EAT EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING GUESS THE HUNGER PAINS ARE STILL THERE THAT HASNT CHANGED. LET ME KNOW YOUR MEALS ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS!!

my "water only diet" was involuntary , I was really sick after my surgery I was hospitalized due to dehydration, unable to keep anything down not even water I was throwing up all day. lost 45 pounds from june 12-july 30th. I was told not to do keto after the surgery because of the high fat, can cause ulcers and possible gallbladder removal. no idea how those two work together but that's what I was told by a nurse right before my surgery lol. my husband is on keto he didn't get surgery and looks amazing so it works I'm just worried because of what that nurse told me. thank you for you response!!

is anyone stalled? I had surgery 6/12. went a month without eating only on water. lost 45 UNHEALTHY POUNDS as per my surgeon. started eating again august 6. I can keep down everything in 1 ounce 2-3 intervals. but I'm stalled haven't gained or lost anything in 2-4 weeks anyone know to break the stall without going back to liquids? I was thinking of intermittent fasting. eating for 8 hours and fasting for 16. any suggestions?

hi everyone I'm new to the site. I had my gastric sleeve 6/12 still on liquids due to dehydration. I've gone from 222 (day of surgery) to now weighing in at 201. I'm very happy with the weight loss but it has been hell. I cant seem to drink enough water, my urine is very dark so my surgeon is worried and that's why he kept me on liquids one more week. I haven't been drinking vitamins as they are not needed yet. I cant drink the premier protein it doesn't sit well and it doesn't taste well. they told me about isopure , I still haven't looked into that. I'm really going through and even regretting my surgery . some advice would be appreciated !
