I've been seeing more avatars and posts about Nascar so thought I would start a thread. I've been going through withdrawals since CA and the MX race didn't do much for me. Smoke is my man.....how about the rest of you? I would like to get to know all the fans out there so we can talk about the race. Can't wait till 4PM on Sunday!!!

Hi Folks, I just can't believe it's really August. Where did July go? I think the May Band Crew did an AWESOME job in July. Hey, I wonder if it's possible to track the total weight our group has lost? On second thought, it may be misleading since many were banded in different years. What do you all think? Here's the new thread and we'll leave the other one up for a few days to get everyone switched over. Here's to a bigger loss in August!!!

Yesterday I stole a 3-in-1 game center at a garage sale for $5. I thought for sure it was a mistake. It has air hockey, foosball, and basketball. The hockey pucks and the pushers are missing, but can be purchased. Everything works. The best thing about it is that it's little boy size so my boys were elated. It's now sitting in the middle of our living room. :phanvan Soon to be moved downstairs. Last year I bought a Halloween costume at a garage sale for $5. I held unto it for the right time and then sold it on E-Bay for $40. I knew it was a big seller from the year prior. What is your favorite garage sale purchase?

Linda ~ Restriction is a good thing. I understand what your saying. I have been on cloud 9 since my fill and now it looks like I may have to eat like someone with a band. Honestly, I've been wide open, but doing very well. I have NO idea about how many calories I get in a day. I barely have time to pee and that is usually with a kid or dog in the room needing something. I have a feeling that is going to become very important to me. I need to start thinking of a way to become more organized so I can count calories. DeAnn ~ How terrible!! Make sure you tell them you will let everyone know how your treated AFTER surgery. Have you tried doing a search on Obesity Help to see if anyone on there has any info? I find the site a little difficult to navigate or I would do it for you. I hope your able to get your fill soon. Thanks Stitchy. I just got my first fill on Friday. It's the liquids that has made the difference and filling up fast. I've been afraid to eat fish or eggs b/c of the stories I've read. Today I had pintos 'n cheese for lunch and then chili (mostly broth) for supper. :hungry: So do either one of you think you could be too tight? I am moving very slowly and cautiously toward the solids. PB is one of my worst fears. I'm sure it will happen some day. :guess Great job Drews!!! Ousooner, you too are an inspiration.
