I am so super hungry right now. I had “Head hunger” during the day but I’m so hungry my stomach is growling and I can’t get to sleep. Tomorrow is day 3 of my liquid pre-op diet. July 25th is my surgery.

Yea, people have said it gets easier. It’s not super hard for me until my husband gets home and is eating. Luckily anything I like he keeps hidden it it isn’t in the house.

Nice. Are you on a pre-op diet? Have you lost weight? I didn’t think I’d lose weight here on day 3 b/c on day one I actually had two tacos that were left over. So I figured it would take longer.

Do they turn to ice or slush? Can you freeze a ready made one from the store like premier?

This is for clear liquids. If you’re on full liquids you can get protein from shakes.

Protein20 and clear Premir protein drinks. Some people hate them so beware. $25 for like 12. Different people will tell you they like or hated different flavors. Delivery from amazon or Walmart. For Premir. Only amazon delivery for protein20 they have a variety pack.

I’ve told most people and I don’t get much negativity. I’ve just been confident in my answer that this was the best choice for me. It also helps that I’m 31 and the reason I am having surgery is to have a healthy pregnancy instead of putting myself and my baby at risk.

Hi guys, my surgery is the 25th of July. As I watched YouTube videos on WLS I saw someone mention the BariMelts. When I started my pre-op liquid diet I couldn’t keep down pills. So I bought the barimelts and I just tried them. They taste great! I hope my tastes don’t change toward them after surgery. Anyway. I just wanted to share. If you have other vitamins you like let me know. I bought: Calcium D3 to absorb Calcium Multivitamin Iron+Vitamin C I didn’t get the B12, my doctor hasn’t told me to.
