Sounds like you are doing everything right. My surgery date was June 4. I didn't loose much at first then this past week it is picking up. Remember that you had to loose the surgery weight also. I made the mistake of stepping on the scale the day after surgery. I was 17 pounds heavier. I was not prepared for that number. Keep going, you have lost more than you realize. Going to the mall and smelling Aunt Annie's pretzels and cookies everywhere. I never realized how powerful smells are. Also found out when I left the mall, the smell was gone and so was the very intense desire for them. Looks like its outside malla for me. Also learned that I snacked in the evenings for something to do, not out of hunger. VSG has been educational. I've thought about getting a spinner to keep my hands busy to break that habit. I had surgery on June 4, was released the next day. The third day I woke up to find out that I am more allergic to codeine. Pain management has been a huge struggle. Liquid tylenol hurt so much that every dose brought tears. I had a lot of those random pains. Part of it turned out to be reflux, not a problem I had prior to surgery. My Dr said the rest of them are spasms. They get less frequent and lighter after a couple of weeks. I still have some when I eat.
