My surgery went great. The second day I had bad nausea and couldn't keep my fluids in and my BP was high, so Im going to have to stay another night. Which is perfectly fine with me but they have given me some medicine for it. So all is well now, so now I'm walking the halls and meeting the other people who had there's done yesterday. I was required to take a nutrition class before surgery. And my program allows coffee on the full liquid and clear liquid diet, of course no sugar but to limit it to 2 cups a day. I looked at many YouTube videos and some suggested to add the caramel premier protein to it. It tastes like a caramel mochiatto and I love it. Sent from my SM-G920T1 using BariatricPal mobile app
