Glad you’re doing well! Keep walkin’.....

My surgery went great. The second day I had bad nausea and couldn't keep my fluids in and my BP was high, so Im going to have to stay another night. Which is perfectly fine with me but they have given me some medicine for it. So all is well now, so now I'm walking the halls and meeting the other people who had there's done yesterday. Thanks everyone for the well wishes.

I have to be there at 8 am and I'm kinda nervous but excited as well. Pray that everything goes well. I'm about to go in.

3 days down on my pre-op diet and I must say that it hasn't been toooooo bad. I'm making sure I eat or drink something every two hours. And I'm in love with the sugar free popsicles. [emoji2]

Today is the day, good bye excess stomach hello banana [emoji529]shaped stomach, lol. Can I get some good luck vibes this morning? Speaking of good morning vibes, Good morning everybody[]. Everyone one who is having their surgery today, tomorrow, and Friday may you have a successful surgery and may your recovery period be as "easy as Sunday morning" *fingers, toes, & eyeballs crossed* lol. I will post as soon as possible. As I stated before this is my first surgery, so hopefully I'll be okayish later in the evening. Btw this anxiety stomach dropping feeling that I am getting every 2 min is annoying[].... Have an amazing day everyone [][][][]🧡[]

My surgery is also July 2nd! I’ve been on my liquid date a couple days now!

Best of luck to you! The liquid diet is a little rough the first few days but don’t let it get you down.

July 2nd for me too in Birmingham, AL. I start my pre-op diet tomorrow.

I was required to take a nutrition class before surgery. And my program allows coffee on the full liquid and clear liquid diet, of course no sugar but to limit it to 2 cups a day. I looked at many YouTube videos and some suggested to add the caramel Premier Protein to it. It tastes like a caramel mochiatto and I love it.
