    Eating too much?

That makes a lot of sense. I've noticed certain foods I can eat a lot of and others I can nibble and be full off of. And don't worry I know crackers are a no no. I just had a moment of weakness. We all have those every now and then . I didn't know it could empty out so fast... That might be what my problem is. I tend to start eating then forget about it and pick up where I left off. Thanks for the advice.
  3. I feel like I am able to eat well over a cup of food in one setting. In fact I know I can because I just ate a cup of chili and then had a few crackers on the side and still didn't feel full! I'm about 4 months postop. Is this normal?

    Slow weightloss?

You are probably right. I think I need to change up my workout and try to up my protein and water. It probably would help me mentally to hide the scale for a while too. I've noticed I weigh myself everyday sometimes multiple times a day and that doesn't do any good since weight fluctuates so much during the day.
  5. Hi, my name is Leilani and I had RnY bypass on 4-4-18. I am wondering if an increase in appetite is normal at almost 3 months out? I feel like I can eat more and it honestly scares me! And when I look at the scale I feel like everyone else who has had this surgery has lost way more than I have. Is this normal? I know I shouldn't compare myself to others but sometimes it's hard! And I know I can't expect instant results but I just feel like my weight loss is sluggish even though I'm working out every day and eating and drinking properly.
