It’s mind of matter love and I know it’s hard I’m only a few days post op and I feel like I should not be able to drink this much water and goes down fine...Just eat was on your plate don’t eat to get full and try and drink lots of fluid between meals that always gives me that full feeling

I’m 4 days post op with no complications or stomach pain just abdominal pain were they drain was I work from home and honestly I couldn’t have started back work today but I’m taking a week off and will start next Sunday as long as everything continues to go smoothly but everybody is different I say 2 weeks for sure

I have protein water and juice but my doctor is very strict and by the book and he wants clear liquid only

I’m going to check in with the hospital the other day and my surgery is next week...I’ve low key been a emotional reck i been seeing people on YouTube Complain about acid reflux and not losing enough weight...I’m annoyed that I had to pay 500 dollars yesterday thank good I’m always saving because no one said anything about me having to pay anything up front I thought I was going to get billed for it and I’m struggling with this liquid diet because of my high blood pressure I’m retaining water weight from drinking broth all day...I’m just venting

I’ve been practicing to and honestly I don’t Like it takes the flavor away..I honestly don’t think I’ll like food as much as I do now again

I choose not to tell anybody not even my parents...I lost 50 pounds a year ago and had lipo and a Brazilian but left and in my opinion everybody was jealous and when I gain weight back everybody thought it was funny and besides that no one that’s over weight should tell you what’s best for your health....move in silence girl

I’m very concerned about hair loss...I known to some people that’s not important but I just grew my hair over the past year...is there any way to avoid hair loss?

I’m so concerned about that...I already struggle with my hair now lol but I read on Pinterest that if you use biotin drops directly to the scalp and wash your hair with biotin shampoo it want fall out but I’m really starting to doubt that
