Yes that’s why I was curious. I saw some on puréed after week. I was a bit confused

I’m just curious to know How many days/week’s post op were you when you started the Puréed stage ? The number seems to differ with a lot of surgeons

I actually had the same experience vomiting my meds . But I’m now 5 days out and can handle swallowing them much better. But for some reason my throat is so sore. I was told it’s due to the breathing tube during surgery.

I hope the gas stops soon @kimbirain . Cause I can’t take it 😩😩😩

I can’t keep anything down . My throat is dry also but they gave lozenges

Ok I finally feel better enough to understand update. Right now there’s a lot of pain. I’m sipping 30 ml of water about every 2 hours. And every cup with the exception of the first has made me vomit. The nurse said this is normal. But yo vomit hurts sooooo bad. I got up to walk about a half hour ago. That wasn’t bad. It actually relieved some of the gas.
