@wittymommy.. I am finishing up day 4 pre op. First three days had bad migraines. Withdrawal from sugar and caffeine. Was super hungry and starting re thinking the whole thing and whether I could do it. Woke up on 4th day and no migraine and feeling strong and pumped. If it is tough at the beginning, just know it is getting easier. -

Thanks so much. Just finished first of seven liquid days. I am eager to get healthy and feel good again. What is the “binder” someone mentioned? Haven’t heard anything about that. A little concerned about possible complications, and knowing what to do after. Happy I found this site. Thanks for the warm welcome -
