    Hi guys, I’m 22 and have been a smoker for a few years. I didn’t really quit before my surgery, and now my chest feels a bit heavy. It’s difficulty to breathe deep but I’m working on it. Has anyone experienced this before?? Please let me know!

    Hi everyone, I have been sleeved and I truly can’t believe it! Recovery isn’t all that bad, just mostly nausea and a little pain with the incisions. Other then that, I’m so excited to start this journey!

    I’m 22 and I’m having surgery in 2 days..I’m so nervous. it’s hitting me that I’m doing this and woah am I ready lol. I feel I won’t know what to do after. what to drink, what to eat.

    2 days till surgery and I had about 2 cigarettes yesterday. Hate myself for it! Hopefully all goes well, so excited to start this new chapter in my life.
