About Me
Hey y’all! I’m Kat, 31 years old from St. Louis, MO. I have been overweight for as long as I can remember and was diagnosed with PCOS at 14. I struggle with food the most, but since 2014 I have lost 77 pounds; that is until I quit smoking in November 2016. Since then I’ve regained roughly 30 pounds and no matter what I do (it seems) it just won’t come back off. I have a consultation for the vertical sleeve gastrectomy July 3rd with Dr. Snow in Festus MO.
