Thank you for reminding me it is my body, I am now trying so hard to loose 10lb by May 7th I have my PAT that day and I have to be 296 or lower or they will postpone by surgery I am 298 now, but this weekend I had a lot to eat. I will start a liquid diet Monday and stay with it as long as I can I am sure I will be alright by May 7th with the blessing of God.
