I also have an umbilical hernia that needs to be repaired, so I would like to get both procedures done at the same time. I know for my insurance to pay for it I must have certain comorbidities, I'm not sure what all qualifies as those, but I do have:
1. Diabetes type 2
2. High cholesterol
3. High blood pressure
4. Sleep apnea
5. Tachycardia
With my new Vegan lifestyle I am sure the dieting part will be a breeze, since I'm not one of those people that use food for comfort. I get annoyed to actually eat at times, I can go so long sometimes until my stomach is growling in pain, that is my problem, and I luh pasta, but realized I can still eat all that in Vegan form
My only difficult struggle I think I will have is I know I must quit smoking. I currently roll my own cigarettes and I have only a little left in my bag and I really do not want to buy it ever again, and wish to quit cold turkey like I did eating all animal products. I think the only thing that can help is what helped me go Vegan, and watch tons of documentaries on smoking and the multibillion dollar industry it is to kill us all as noted in Agenda 21 UN document. THIS is what I need support on the most.
If anyone has any ideas what other comorbidities are required, I would sure like to know, thank you.
