I was sleeved on June 20th. I began my soft foods today. My doctor prescribes a stool softener after surgery. I haven’t had any problems and are some cottage cheese this morning. High protein low carbs/sugars. It tasted great and to be able to chew was wonderful.
My nutritionist advised me to take Flintstones chewable vitamins, two tabs twice a day. Also 600 mg chewable calcium caltrate or calcium citrate with Vitamin D one twice a day. Take these 2 hours seperate than the Flintstone vitamins.
Are you taking your vitamins? Your caloric intake that far out should be around 1000 per day (that’s the info my nutritionist provided me). I know it’s hard but you need to strive for more calories per day.
