    Hi everyone, still here moving slowly along. Down to 165 from 229 sleeved July 30th. I’ve had a few stalls here and there but the inches keep moving so I’m trying not to focus on the numbers, because I feel GREAT!!! Hope everyone has a great New Year🍾🍾

    Hi everyone, I’m still here too. Slow and steady wins the race. Highest weight 251....surgery weight 228..... today weight 173... surgery date was July 31 down 78 total.... 55 since surgery!!!!!!!

    Okay! I wasn't sure If i should try to drink a whole one I usually drink half but with classes started I can take it to go I can it take me about 30 mins or so

    If you make sure all your cleaning is done before you leave. You should be fine, I was home alone and just used Tylenol for pain

    But can i blend then strain? To make it creamy ,since it’s a broth base to start I’m just curious, I’ve been having cream of chicken, and vegan protein broth so far

    I have a question, I’m on full liquids, can I blend up soup as long as it’s a still liquid or do i have to wait till the purée phase?

    MEEE TOO'!! But took a before and after picture today and WAS BLOWN AWAY. It helps to keep the faith I did take before photos, not ready to take them yet. I was sleeved on July 30th highest was251 surgery day 229 yesterday 217

    I had my sleeve July 30, doing really well. Yes i am surprised about the amount of liquid i can sip. But i still take it easy and just little sips all day Im down 12 since my surgery date

    Glad your surgery went well, I was done the same day and also stayed in the hospital 4 days, my surgery well we’ll also. i threw up twice the first nice with real bad neausea the first 2 days but was fine after that. I feel pretty good now ,just trying to find a comfy position to sleep in😩
