Well then, it looks like I can agree with you on these issues also, even the "you and Patty" not being the same person. I just posted on Kids sent home thread, about how you and Patty are different.

I was at two plumbing supply houses on two consecutive days and both days people made racist jokes about black people. The one employee working there was clearly disturbed by this as was I. Its not worth my time to respond because these people are ignorant and wouldnt think twice about escalating the situation. It pisses me off that someone would come into a public place and assume everyone there feels the same as they do! I left there and it got me thinking of how hard blacks especially, have it in this country. I cant even begin to understand how it would feel to be discriminated against because I was black. The closest I could come would be because of being overweight which Im sure cant even compare. So, Patty, now to you. To come on here preaching about god and what a great person you are because of the things you do and how hard you work is just unbelievable! You are going to complain about the "women of color" thread and call your town officials or whoever to prove a point that your being discriminated against. I now believe you are a very, very, shallow person and typical of what I know about most bible thumping, jesus preaching, "moral"born agains. You are a hypocrit. To be this petty about such a deep subject you know absolutely nothing about just floors me. Read what you posted and see how shallow it makes you sound. Im sorry if I offended anyone(Im sure I have)about the"typical born again" comment but it is what Ive experienced! These people preach their ways to everyone else as being the only right ways then do something stupid like this. Im a person who analizes every part of what someone says and most people dont realize how hypocritical they really are. Airiscus99, I have to tell you, I have no problem with you, your entitled to your opinions just like everyone else, my real point here is, I tease you about being Patty only because you you share alot of the same political views as her which again is fine. You dont come on here using god and religion to make every point which is where I have the problem with her. She believes if she incorporates god into everything she says it will be more believable when in reallity it shows how hypocritical she really is. Come on, to even think you have an understanding of true racism which blacks have been dealing with since the beginning of this country is so unbelievable!! Its gotten to the point for me, when someone preaches religion to me its such a turnoff.

Its easy to say the tea partiers are smarter. I think theyre categorized that way because they seem to be wealthier and I think wealthier people are thought of as being more intelligent(that may be so). I just think theyre older. There was a woman from the Tea party on Joy Behar 2 nights ago and she keps saying the usual, Obama is ruining this country, he doesnt know how to deal with the economy. Joy asked her what Obama was doing that was so wrong and what her answers where to solving the problems. Her answers to every question was "I dont know, Im not an economist", then Joy asked why she was so against everything Obama if she doesnt have any answers. She said the Tea party wasnt against the pres., they are against congress because congress allows the pres. to spend so much. Thats so typical, tell everyone else they dont know how to do things when you dont know either. If you dont have answers, how can you tell someone else theyre wrong, especially when their answers are working? I dont think theyre smarter than anyone else, I just think their voices are being heard louder because of Hannity, etc. Dems are happy right now, things are looking better because of a dem pres. Look at this site, when everyone was getting their lapbands they where on here(actual band site)asking questions, now we all have our bands, I havent posted on the site for so long because everything is going well. If I have problems(god forbid), I will probably start posting again. Right now the reps are having problems, how to deal with a successful dem, black president when all the hate, scaremongering isnt working! I had to stress black because I do believe that bothers the "moral" party almost as much as Obama being successful!

Ok, I went back and read what you wrote. You said you prayed for justice after feeling ripped off by the Chevy dealer, then within 1 week justice was served, the Chevy dealer that had been in business for 28 years had closed. It actually sounds worse the 2nd time. You should go back and read it, Im not the only one that said this, someone else posted about how they didnt realize god did that. Face it Patty, you did make a deal with the devil, and you say your born -again, in what Witch-craft?

Im reading the posts on here and its funny. These debates will go on forever. Both sides are doing the same thing, talking about how the other only sees one side, not willing to see the others point of view. Trust me, Im not defending reps here, Im independent and lean "way" towards the dems right now. I dont have a problem with Obama at all, I voted for him. It just makes me laugh when I see you writing about how the reps will never even consider your point of view, I guarantee you arent willing to see the reps point of view either (and with good reason).

Heres the funny part of that, what your saying is god did something bad to the Chevy dealership. Ive been told in the past by my former boss(he was an ordained minister, born again, yada, yada, yada. Ive told you about him in the past, hypocrisy). He told me that god wouldnt do anything bad to anybody, he said that the devil does. It sounds to me like you "made a deal with the devil"! One thing he did tell me that I still follow is, "people always ask god for favors in times of need, maybe people should stop asking and thank him for what they do have". That was about 7-8 years ago and to this day Ive never asked god for anything, I thank him for what I do have, health, wealth and happiness. Whatever happens negatively in my life(mom dying young 10 months after my first boy(her first grandchild) was born, I was very angry). I just figure he has a plan for everyone and everything. See Cleos mom, sarcasm again. Dont take offense, its common for me.

Ariscus99, Im not being funny here but I started posting here by responding to Patty Green and sine then she disappeared and your here. I was joking about thinking you where the same person(on the other site, healthcare) but now Im wondering what the hell is going on here!

The problem isnt whether we have probable cause, its whether a judge will issue warrants stating probable cause. And I dont know how it works now but shortly after 9-11 they where searching (on average)every 4th person to speed up the lines and there was outrage over racial profiling, muslims/Arab looking people where outraged for being profiled. There where stories about mothers with babies and old women being profiled while passing over people who more appropriately fit the description of a possible terrorist.

Ya and we're all sinners also! A part of Christianity is following laws, illegals arent following laws, so that doesnt make me a sinner because Im judging them for being here illegally, its my "constitutional right" to uphold the law.

Again the problem isnt Mexicans being here legally, its the illegals who come here and "steal jobs", the scumbag employers know they can pay them alot less than what an American citizen would command and not have to pay taxes on these people, thats the problem.

Ok, I think your referring to me,"American boys", You and others specifically said Hispanic boys also, If theyre citizens call them all Americans. I called the kids wearing American flag shirts Americans, you called the others Hispanics so whats the difference? People dont refer to me as "the Polish, Slovak, Italian, Irish guy, they refer to me as American. And is it possible Arizona "has a history" because theyre on the border and have always had to deal with "illegal Aliens"(god, I hate that term). Lets face it, we dont have African Americans, Chinese, Japanese living on our borders, if theyre here, theyre "probably" here legally. Its the Mexicans who have fairly easy access to this country illegally, thats why theyre being "racially profiled". I cant say I blame the Mexicans for trying, Id do what I had to to support my family too.

Lets compare apples to apples, would you be mad if someone wore an American flag shirt to the Irish festival, assuming its in America? Dont get me wrong here, Im not saying these guys, kids, should have been allowed to taunt the hispanics, calling names or any of that, my reaction was to the video of the Mexicans parading in America with Mexican flags then knocking the American flag to the ground because they where doing the same thing(the guys in the truck). It sounded like both sides where taunting each other. The guys in the truck didnt do anything to the Mexican flag. And I would have had more sympathy for the hispanics if they carried American flags. What I meant above, The Hispanics where in America and evidently there was fear they would be offended by an American flag. Would you be offended if someone wore an American flag shirt to the Irish festival held in America. If its held in America and someone wears an Italian flag shirt to an Irish festival, then I could see you being upset, besides, who the hell would wear an Italian flag, what the hell have they ever won? Im part Italian.

Again, even though this new studies, law(and yes we should study other cultures)is being presented its still a different issue than being here illegally. The two have nothing to do with each other, legal or illegal is the issue Im concerned with. It is a shame I learned more about the middle east from war than from school! When in school, I could never tell you where Iraq or Afghanistan were, but now I could tell you any city, province town whatever you want to know because of war!

Well Im done being "gung ho American" here, my wife just called and during the conversation accused me of being in a bad mood, I didnt realize I was, am but if so I should stop because Ill be apologizing to you all later. I love coming to these sites because theyre challenging, dealing with different people, opinions, ideas but in the end we all want the same thing, we just go about finding it in different ways, unfortunately for all of you, mine is the only right way, haha, just kidding. Again, Im not saying this to be funny, Im Irish and Italian, among others, I never knew there was a problem between the 2(maybe there isnt, maybe Im making to much of it). I could see issues of that kind when dealing with gangs, most arab/ muslim countries(people who think we still live in primitive times) but not people who live in modern societies, especially when religion is not involved, which leads me to my next point. I was watching a show on tv where protestants went to a catholic bar in Ireland,(not a group and not to start trouble)when a catholic man was asked about it he said there would be no problems as long as the protestants didnt advertise they where protestants. I was taken aback by this. Im catholic and have no problem nor have I ever been taught anything negative about other religions. But I guess every war that has been fought has been about religion or oil.

I have alot to live for but nothing is more important than what I'd die for!!!
